Beyond Sales
The Things That Keep Me Moving
Dancing, fitness, and event planning have been a big part of my life outside of work. I’ve spent years training in salsa and bachata, both as a dancer and instructor, and I love the challenge of refining technique and connecting with the dance community. Staying active through weight training helps me stay sharp and disciplined—both physically and mentally.

Outside of work and fitness, my biggest motivation comes from being a father of three. Balancing family, career, and personal passions has taught me the importance of time management, adaptability, and being present in everything I do. Whether it’s helping my kids navigate new challenges or coaching a sales team to success, I bring the same level of commitment and energy to every part of my life.

I also enjoy organizing community events, whether it’s dance socials or appreciation gatherings for clients and colleagues. Planning and executing these events has helped me build skills in logistics, relationship-building, and creating meaningful experiences—something that naturally translates into my sales career.
